Steve Cvetko is an experienced international investment banker with more than 20 years’ experience of providing cross border corporate finance advice and 4 years of Private Equity investment.
Steve has experience across the whole range of Corporate Finance Advisory services including M&A, divestments, IPO’s, restructuring, privatisation, private equity and capital markets.
Steve commenced his career at Ernst & Young Corporate Advisory and subsequently worked for Potter Warburg (SG Warburg) and Barclays (BZW) where he had the opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of industry sectors including Building & Construction Materials, Utilities, Airports, Air Transport, Financial Institutions, Resources, Technology, Health Care and Media. In 2000, Steve joined Rabobank to specialise in the Food & Agribusiness industry. As Head of M&A, Australasia, Steve led and developed the business and completed a number of landmark deals, including the sale of more than 13 million hectares of farm real estate.
In late 2007 Steve joined Deutsche Bank Group (Asset Management) and completed a range of direct investments globally in the Food & Agribusiness sector.
Over the past 8 years Steve has been based in Asia and founded Zadar Capital in 2012.
